About Tori |
Hello! I'm Tori and I'm a children's librarian for a small rural library system. I earned my MLIS from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2019, where I worked as a graduate assistant for the library and information studies department as well as a research, outreach, and instruction practicum intern.
I also worked part-time as an editorial intern for Gifts & Decorative Accessories, a publication of BridgeTower Media. Before moving to Greensboro for my Masters education, I worked as a freelance writer after receiving my B.A. in English from the University of Alabama. When I’m not channeling my inner Leslie Knope – without the librarian hate – I try to read the one of the many books I’ve managed to hoard – if I don't get distracted by a library book. I'm also a fan of oversized sweaters, drinking a cup of coffee and trying not to burn my tongue in the process. Roll Tide! |
